How do I make a return? Site isn’t working properly
I have been trying for days now to return my maschine mk3 I bought through your online store. I never opened or registered it. Your website isn’t working properly, it wont let me go into my order history and submit a ticket. I need this taken care as fast as possible. I’m not trying to copy and paste this maliciously on your youtube videos, but I will try it in a few videos to get somebodys attention. Support from the chat bot on your site has not responded or done anything and there is nowhere to create. ticket. Does real support even exist?

is your browser using dark mode?
that can cause issues with some sites
disable dark mode inside the browser, and retry reloading website
