Ozone 11 Advanced: you do not qualify for a cheaper crossgrade

Hi there.

I wonder, why that is? Owner of Komplete from version 5 up to now Komplete Ultimate 13 and still I am not allowed to choose the crossgrade version?

Maybe someone here can enlighten me? Thank you!

And yes - there is something strange going on in the NI webshop as I am a Komplete 14 ULT license holder and I am seeing what you are seeing:

I am also being told I cannot get the crossgrade.

I suspect this has something to do with the ongoing merge of NI and iZotope product lines but I would contact NI sales support on this.

It does not look accurate at all.

Looks to me like the usual N.I. web-shop visual bug for upgrades.

If you qualify then you qualify if what you have is retail versions as sold by N.I. and qualifying resellers (meaning NFR might not qualify) . But as written by Jeremy_NI then if in doubt or if you need any assurances then don't hesitate to contact N.I.
