I need help with License Transfer

I sold my MK3 Maschine. The person is asking for the license. I go to my account and my history and there’s no purchase registered. I try to get the license transfer and there’s a message saying there is no license. 😩

    for this issue you need to contact directly with NI Support, please use this link:

    Go to the bottom of the page and Login, then open the A.I. Chat Box at the bottom-right.

    Describe your problem briefly (License Transfer) and answer few questions with Yes or No.

    When it ask you if you want to open a support ticket choose Yes. After that, you need to wait for a NI employee to deal with you (in your e-mail). Please be aware that NI employees are available Monday to Friday only and that, depending on how many support tickets submitted before yours, it might take few days to get an answer.

    Most possible reason for your issue is that you used a different e-mail/account when you purchase your MK3.
