Mac OS Native Access is damaged when dragging into Applications ƒ

Hi. I recently upgraded from an Intel Mac to a Mac Studio M1 Max (ARM). I'm able to download the Apple Silicon-native version of the app (Native-Access_2_Mac_M1.dmg) but after I mount the Disk Image and drag the App into my Applications Folder, the OS says: “Native Access” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

• I'm running Mac OS 15.1.1

• My Applications ƒ is in its OG location on the boot drive

• I've repeatedly tried to re-download with the same results

• I attempted to reduce my Privacy & Security Settings to Allow applications from Anywhere

• I attempted to utilize the Terminal.app command: sudo spctl --master-disable

Is this an OS 15 Sequoia issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Recently wiped my
    - M3 Pro MBP / 18GB

Brought it back online with Sequoia 15.1.1

Did fresh installs of all NI stuffs with no issue.

I thought I saw in one of these threads that the M MAX chips might have an issue…?
