I purchased and installed Noire and it's not showing in Pro Tools

I purchased and installed Noire and it's not showing in Pro Tools (22) Windows 10.

It's not in Kontakt, It's not anywhere. Reaching out to Native Instruments is a nightmare. I open a ticket to speak to someone and receive a generic email that there 9 people ahead of me so they cant connect me with an agent. Very frustrating. Terrible customer service.

Anyway i've checked the installation path and many other plugins are in the same path so it mustve been installed in the right place.

At this point i'm also concerned I wont be able to get a refund if it's not compatible since this company thinks it's normal to ask you to wait 3 days to hear from them in 2024

Any help would be greatly appreciated

UPDATE: I tried opening Noire from its file location with Kontakt 7 and got a message that said this version of kontakt was too old even though the product site says goo with 6 and higher. i updated Kontakt 7, reinstalled Noire and it's there.
