There is no mail regarding KOMPLETE 15 SELECT selection.

There's no exact answer. There's only the AI's usual answer

It's frustrating

After registering the product, I received 6 e-mails from NI

There is no mail related to KOMPLETE 15 SELECT selection.

Hello Hyojin_papa, you should have got the voucher for your Komplete 15 Select which will allow you to select the version that you would like to get. Can you please check the first email that arrived after your purchase and let us know if you were able to find the related voucher in there or not afterwards.

Try looking in all the emails including at the bottom.

You are supposed to get a voucher or something so that you can select the Komplete Select that you want. There is three different Select now so you have to choose which one to get. So check all emails for the voucher or serial (?) , including spam folder.

If you can not locate the voucher with redeem instructions then please contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Purchase Support

Tried to connect with support multiple times, but i hope my voice will echo here! I bought M32 haven't received the Komplete 15 select , voucher yet. NI team Help!
