I just purchased Traktor Pro 4, would like a refund as I won't be using it.
It's impossible to find any information on this website on this.
All of the support links seem to end up back on the same page with no way to contact anyone. That in itself seems pretty crazy.
As others here have already tried to explain then your case doesn't sound as a case where N.I. would normally authorize a refund. However then all decisions and the authority on the matter about refunds rests with the N.I. Purchase Support who also holds the final words on that. So you really have to contact N.I. Purchase Support and ask if you think that you are entitled to a refund.

1: In all sections of the NI help center, you will find a button at the bottom of the page that lets you Log in to contact support: 2: Click the button, add your Native ID (email address) and password and click Login 3: Scroll down on the page. You will find either a "Need any help?" button in the lower right, which will open our NI Chat Assistant. If no agent is available, it will automatically create an email ticket for you. Or you will find a "Contact Support" button that opens a short questionnaire you can use to create an email ticket:

@Jeremy_NI I’m not sure what you mean. Can you please rephrase?
Rephrase what? I"m sorry, I'm also confused here.
Anyway, I see that my colleagues got back to you already. Sorry for the wait, with the sales specials my colleagues get a lot of requests and that impacts their reply times.
