How to upgrade from Ultimate 15 to CE 15?

If I buy the current keyboard plus Ultimate 15 at 50% deal, is there a way for me to upgrade this to Collector's Edition 15?

When I look at the comparison table, the only upgrade I can see says "£1079.00 For Owners of Komplete 8-15" which seems to imply that any version of Komplete can be upgraded to CE for that price. This seems nuts considering Ultimate customers pay twice the price of Standard. There isn't even an update listed to go from Ultimate 15 to CE 15.

Confused 🤔

    Yes, get the deal which might consist of Komplete Select + upgrade(s) for to Ultimate.

    Then now or later get the upgrade from Ultimate to Collectors Edition (you can always see present prices on the compare page) (present "full" upgrade price says : 599,00 € For Owners of Komplete 8-13 Ultimate) which ought to say 8-15)

    Also, when logged in , then you can always see price for relevant upgrade offers for registered products on the My Komplete Offers page. Please always check product system requirements prior to any purchase.

    @Jeremy_NI , since only Ultimate 8-13 is mentioned then please confirm that Ultimate 15 is qualifying , I am sure it is but customers have little use for assurances from someone not N.I.

    You would need to pull the trigger on this deal and get the ULT license into your account. Once there - if you wander out to the Komplete area of the Ni Shop - you will see your new price levels.

    Example - I am a K14 ULT user now and if I go out to the shop - I get 4 options:

    1. I would never buy another Full license. (But I certainly could)

    2. The "Update" is only for existing Komplete CE license holders:

    3. Upgrade for Standard - is using another K13 Standard license that I have

    4. Leaving me with the Upgrade for Ultimate option - which is my best choice

    This should be the same for you - but your prices would be much lower since you would own a K15 ULT license with the keyboard combo.

    I would check with NI first to be sure - but I think the above is accurate.

    yeah, right… it should say that. That's what confused me. Waiting for confirmation from NI. Def don't want to find myself stuck unable to upgrade once I get the keyboard deal.

    Yes , well , I am quite sure myself that the upgrade price for Owners of Komplete 8-13 Ultimate is valid also for owners of Komplete 14-15 Ultimate also. The upgrade price prior were for all versions from 8 and up to newest (previously 14). I myself paid to upgrade first from Select 14 to Standard 14 and then from 14 Standard to 14 Collectors Edition . So the 8 to 13 only as far as I am concerned definitely is not correct. I tried to notify an Administrator of the discrepancy earlier today but got no response so far. (some of the Administrators has direct N.I. connections/are N.I.).

    But as I wrote to Jeremy_NI above then in case of a problem then what I write here is if no help if N.I. does not confirm it.
