Every time I try to download my Kontakt 8 player it dissapears

I have an Acer aspire laptop using an AMD RYZEN and every time I fully download Kontakt 8 player it appears as not installed on my Native access. Kontakt 7 player Downloads fine but I need I get a message stating I need the newest Konakt version to install instruments how do I fix this problem?
