Hallo,

I bought the MK 3 second-hand with a serial number. According to the previous owner not registered how do I get Komplete 11 Select which was included in the package with the machine ?
Thanks in advance

Please use English , this forum is English only.

If the unit is used then it is unlikely that it has not been registered prior , but if it indeed has not been registered then enter the hardware serial into Native Access to register.

Any used already registered hardware units must have the serial transferred by who registered the unit : Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer

As for the software question then after registering the hardware then you ought to get any software that is considered as base software for the unit. What is base software for your unit I don't know but if something is missing after registration (check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page after registration ) then contact N.I. Account Support .

N.I. Account Support are also those handling any registration issues and issues with transfers like if you e.g. can not get in contact with who originally registered the unit (in which case you would have to provide proof of purchase and picture of serial on bottom of machine). Please notice that N.I. might not be able to transfer the hardware unit if the original owner will not allow.
