Product license disappeared in N.A. after update

I had a licence but now cant find it is there a way

Problem occurred after update on Native assess lost software can't seem to get it back

is the licence supplied with device lifetime one?

All licences are permanent and they'll stay in your account. Log into your account and check the licences page to make sure the licences you expect to be there are present -

Be sure that you are logged into the correct account , as Mykejb suggests then check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the missing products are listed on the account page (after purchase and being added licenses stay on account unless they are transferred)

Also then products will not show in Native Access if not compatible with your OS.

Then if the product lists on the account page but not in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

If product is on account page and the above does not help then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Else if product is missing from the account page then please contact N.I. Account Support , they handle all account issues.
