Z1 is paired with 2X1 Mk3s. everything was working fine until it suddenly didn't work.

I get the following red warning. Restarted the app and restarted MacBook but no joy any advice or clues what of what to do?

Is it suddenly MIA/DOA?

I always connect audio gear directly when possible. But it should still work ™️

I assume the x1 had power through the external power brick? Maybe just .. try again.

BTW… I have a gig in 1 week. So, does anyone have experience of returns/replacement service under warranty with NI? It's only 10 days old…
I've got other gear, but kind of bummed as the Z1 is ultra portable compared to my A+H 43c.

And disconnecting and reconnecting the device does not work? Directly plugged into the laptop?

Does it light up at all?

    Thanks lord-carlos.
Z1 was using the X1's hub. I've unplugged/replugged direct and it's now recognised…which raises a question of what is going on with the X1. All NI devices lighting up, so there is a connection through the hub. Strange.

Yes, all powered thru the brick. Maybe a usb hub power error…but the laptop restart should have cleared that.

Thanks for your help - better to have a problem here than next week in the gig!
