Can you be a bit more specific? What isn't working? The download for the older version of Native Access or have you downloaded the older version and it doesn't install/load? The version you should be downloading is 1.1.3 from the bottom of this page - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000407909-Native-Access-Legacy-Installers-for-Older-Operating-Systems

Support wants to do a chat and I don't have time for this at this hour, why is there no ticket number and case follow up by email?
I will be reporting back here to answer my own question of if there actually is a solution, and if there is one, what it is.0 -

Hello TheOmegaShadow, I marked as it answered because the way to solve the issue is reaching out to the support so I think keeping it like that would be logical and proper.
Apart from this, we were having some systems issues(which we mostly solved) so that is the reason why you were getting these messages in the screenshot. You can disregard these and please be aware that your ticket will be escalated if you are seeing these messages.
Also, I checked your request and it seems like our team has reached out to you, so please check your email and you should got your answer for your request there.
I hope this helps☺️

Native Access v1 is essentially retired and will be permanently shutdown on Feb 29, 2025.
This is most likely the reason for your issues.
For much smoother sailing - you will need to consider NA v3.14+ and an upgrade to your Mac OS.

Well that date has not come to pass and it's technically still supported until officially communicated, and frankly it would be smooth sailing and generally decent of a company like NI to not KILL the software I've paid for solely out of lazyness to maintain it, the ability to backup my installers seems have been taken away from me and access gated behind behind being on and ever creeping forward version of OS, I've spent lots money over the years and NO WHERE on the box or manuals was there an expiration date, it's very annoying that NI disrespects and treats it's customers like garbage by taking away the ability to run software they have been paid for.
An offline challenge response activation method needs to be put back in place to sidestep this whole issue as not doing so contributes to the further creation of so much e-waste out of machines that are still very capable of running the software but only considered e-waste because of lazy and shortsighted development teams.0 -
NAv1 hasn’t been “supported” for years now. That date I mentioned is simply the last nail in the coffin.
I understand the frustration but this has been a known thing for years now and will soon be gone permanently.
And on the e-waste front - talk to Apple. They practically guaranteed this every September for a new unsuspecting group of users.Your call on what you want to do. This is a done deal and is not coming back.
