Maschine 3 Software Expansion Kits not loading correctly

Hi

Since you can only reach support via chat and they don't respond, and there is no ticket system, the only option is to ask here. (And the question remains as to why NI is completely withdrawing from customer support).

I bought the Maschine 3 upgrade software in a bundle with Central. Installed it. All expansion kits are listed in the Library tab.

I can also call up and load these kits under Groups and Kits. But as is usual in Maschine 3, the MIDI and arrangement files belonging to the kit are not loaded into a scene in Maschine 3.

I can't find the error.

When I click on Scan Libraries, RESANN scans them briefly but then closes again, which is probably too short given the amount of expansion.

Does anyone else have these problems? Any ideas for a solution?

Use WIN11-Pro. Latest update.

Do you have "+Patterns" selected at the bottom of the browser before opening the kit?

I would like to add that in machine 2 everything works without problems.

I can load the kits - the corresponding MIDI files are loaded into the scenes. Done.

The kit is loaded into Maschine 3, all sounds, but not the corresponding MIDI files

Thank you very much. Yes - that is the solution and I have to admit to my shame that I had the same problem before and ;-) my mistake. Hopefully I'll learn it the third time. It's as simple as it is easy. The selection is always on in M2 for me and so I never think that it's that.
Thank you. That solves my problem. If anyone else has the same question, I hope it helps.

By the way. Native Support answered via chat and didn't understand my question at all. I think - the users are really smarter than some of the support staff. ;-) or they just understand better.
