Kontakt Exclamation Mark
Hello !
I would like to get rid of the exclamation mark on the right top corner of my kontakt regarding the subscription I had " a decade " ago.
The message stopped pop-ing up after I deleted :
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\Native Access\ras3
But still that exclamation mark does not look good at all.
Is it possible ?

Not sure if it will work but you could try the standard troubleshooter for products showing as demo :
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else log out of NA and try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2.Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activationtokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt version XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps .
Else contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support or N.I. Kontakt Support , which ever you think fits best.

Yes, please. I won't use the subscription anymore. I have komplete standard.

Done, open Native Access, refresh, open Kontakt and let us know if the exclamation mark is gone.

The exclamation mark is still there when I open Kontakt.
