Removing products from Native Access - MAC

Greetings!,

I own / run various NI products on a MAC running OS14.7.1. I closely followed the instructions to REMOVE old NI software from appearing in Native Access (v3.14), but no success. I've carefully followed the instructions NI provides twice now.

Specifically I want to remove:

Komplete Kontrol (3.3.3);

Kontact Players 6.8.0 and 5.8.1;

Guitar Rig Factory Selection;

Guitar Rig 6

from showing up in NATIVE ACCESS.

Any assistance in doing this would be most helpful. To re-iterate, I have very closely followed all instructions to remove all relevant files, but still the above mentioned products show up in NATIVE ACCESS, with either "Install" requests or "Repair" requests.

I'm on Windows, and I am not aware that this is even possible.
I see all older versions of the Applications too - Kontakt, GuitarRig, in NA2.
I can uninstall them, but they keep showing in NA2 in case I want to use them again someday.

You can contact support to ask for these to be removed from your account. I did this recently to remove Mikro Prism because I now own Prism.

This is permanent. You will not be able to get the software again unless it is still available to new users through the Native Instruments site. Unless it is free software, you will have to buy it again.

I doubt this matters to you for most of that list, but…

If it is software that is required for a new version, e.g. you bought Guitar Rig 6 and later used an upgrade price to get Guitar Rig 7, you probably cannot have the older version removed from your account. Even if support will do it, it would be unwise, because then you have no record of owning the required base product for your upgrade and the new version may stop working.

Hiding products from the list (without removing them from your account) has been much requested, and I remember someone saying it was on the product roadmap for Native Access. But it will probably be a long while before we see this feature as there are other priorities.

As mentioned. Not possible. What you see in NA is what you have in your NI Acct.

If you really want it gone - as Paul B notes - you will need to drop it - like forever.

Thanks for the answers guys. In that case I might just leave it alone until the "hide product" tab appears..:-)
