That's what I did. AI assistant told me to fill the form, which i also did, then he thanked me and said he'll connect me to support agent and … nothing.. :)
After second attempt, I received auto email, that they got my request… Now, I'm thinkink, should I wait 5 more days for answer? :)

Now, every day is counting for me, because I have to send them some tracks ASAP.
