How much time should I wait for my Maschine 3 download link and serial number?

Bought the mashine 3 and mashine central bundle. Payd for it. And my order status stays "in progress" for 5 days already. Got the order confirmation email, but didn't get ser. num. and download link… Checked the spam, nothing..

    That's what I did. AI assistant told me to fill the form, which i also did, then he thanked me and said he'll connect me to support agent and … nothing.. :)

    After second attempt, I received auto email, that they got my request… Now, I'm thinkink, should I wait 5 more days for answer? :)

    My case was so... impossible to solve and NI support I won't say who but I

    We were solving problem together and I didn't feel alone or anything... forward today, NI support is the best.

    Hey, NI support!! Help! They could write me, that they are too busy right now or something, but this ignore is something…. I paid money on 6 of November. Now it's 13... A week of silence. And at the same time, they keep sending me advertisers. :)

    I've found your message in the blog helping resolve an order problem.

    Yesterday I placed an order n° 93000132316C

    for Kontrol S61 MK3 and Komplete 15 Ultimate

    The problem is, that I have to start my work on a big NETFLIX project as a composer, it is my first one so big, so I asked production to pay me in advance some money to buy your virtual instruments and a keyboard to do good quality demos…

    Now, every day is counting for me, because I have to send them some tracks ASAP.

    And I was hoping that there is at least a possibility to provide for me a download link for Komplete 15 ultimate so I can start to work.

    Is there any chance you can help ?

    As mentioend in private, you'll need to register the hardware serial to be able to use the products.
