I already registered my Maschine Mikro Mk 3 but the machine software doesn't show up in the native access.

Hello notMorelia, have you purchased this product from second hand, or brand new? If this is brand new you should receive the Maschine 3, if you have purchased it second hand, as the system detected the first registration, you should then receive the Maschine 2 instead.
Also, I checked your ticket and we received your ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
With the busyness and a system incident, our queue got longer and wait times became more than expected, however you will get an answer soon, so please have no worries about it and we are thank you for your patience.

Yes, It's brand new from store. It's showing on my account. I already tried to contact the support many times but still no answer and no ticket send to my email. Can you help me with this?

Hello desdes, which operating system and which Native Access version that you are using? Maybe can you send us the screenshot of your Native Access page?
If you are using MacOS, the Maschine 3 requires macOS 13 or higher for your information.

I have the same problem. Yesterday I received my new Maschine MK3, registered it with Native Access and I have not received the Maschine 3.0 software.
I also contacted the technical service through the chat and I have not yet received a response.0 -

I have already responded to the email. The problem is still there. It seems like my ticket has been deemed solved even though the problem is not fixed yet. Can you confirm it about this.
