Maschine 3 software and Komplete 15 Select
a couple of days ago (November 8) I registered my Maschine MK3 but have not received my license for Maschine 3 or Komplete 15 Select. I did receive a voucher BUT on the listing page where the different versions of Maschine are compared, it lists I should get both Komplete and a voucher.
I already have Mikro MK3 with Maschine 2 software and a load of expansions (but not the ones in Komplete 15 Select Electronics that I want) so I wonder has that caused problems?
I have checked Native Access and my list of products online but these are not there.
I have logged a support ticket but wondered if anyone has any thoughts?

I have passed the serial number to Music Matters to sort out, as I bought the Maschine from them and so my contract is with them. Hopefully they can sort out with NI.

If you purchased from the Native Instruments website on November 8th, you should be receiving email verifications notifying you of when the products register to your Native Access account and are ready for download (digital purchases).
Are you able to see anything in the My Products & Serials section of the NI website? I've had some hiccups in the past and have had to copy/paste serials into Native Access from that section of the NI site before.
Also, I've noticed way more issues when working with NI software on Win vs Mac. So much so, I've given up on Win OS altogether for music production/creation.

Thanks but I bought the Maschine MK3 on Amazon and then registered on the NI website. I got an email with the voucher and an email listing the software products I was getting - Reaktor Prism for Maschine, Monark for Maschine and Massive for Maschine. I already had Reaktor Prism, Monark and Massive separately, so these were not new. No mention of the Maschine software at all and no mention of Komplete 15 Collection.

For clarity, your intention was to purchase Maschine MK3 w/ the Maschine 3 Bundle (software & Maschine Central)?

On the Mashine version comparison page, it lists Maschine MK3 currently comes with Maschine 3 Bundle and Central and Komplete Selection and Voucher. I registered my MK3 but didn't get Maschine 3 or Komplete.

Yeah, I'm not sure how NI is handling all this. It appears some folks had some significant licensing issues and needed to submit a support ticket.
You've done the right thing in that regard and I can only imagine them being swamped at the moment. Also, they don't answer tickets over the weekend.
I had a Maschine + arrive from them completely inoperable. It took almost an entire month to get a new unit shipped as a replacement. Very frustrating, but they did FINALLY resolve the issue.
Just be patient. I feel for ya. I know what its like to have the new thing you can't use out of box as advertised.

I had a similar issue with Mikro. The first one had a faulty connector which at first I thought was a software problem. I logged a ticket on the community but after trying different cables and computers I realised it was hardware. I order this through Amazon too so was able to return and get a new one.
Thanksfully, since I have Mikro and I have bought numerous expansions and upgrades, I can use the Maschine MK3. I would just like to try the new Maschine software and Massive X, which comes with Select.I have numerous NI products (Mikro, M32, S2 MK3/traktor 4, X1) so love the products and platform. just things like this are a bit frustrating.

I have the same problem. I bought (11nov2024) a new Maschine Mikro MK3 and registered the serial today (14nov2024) but have not received my license for Maschine 3 or Komplete 15 Select. I have been at customer service for several hours but it keeps jumping to 6 waiting, 10 waiting... back to 7.... .
I also contacted the seller but he sent me to the NI helpdesk …..

I'm having the exact same issue. I purchased my Mikro MK3 through Amazon and registered the device through Native Access. I received a voucher for Komplete 15 (awesome!) and Maschine related software in my library, but no Maschine 3. I opened a request but was waitlisted, then told I would receive email support, but I haven't heard back. I've double-checked my serial and contact info.
I'm desperate to play with my new toy!
