would love some help , I just received Maschine mikro mk3 and registered to my account but the software is not showing up in the downloader app so it simply does not work and seams also can’t just change to midi only with out software

i have the same issue. purchased and registered brand new mikro 3 with no sign of maschine 3 software or central library (komplete select showed up immediately). after AI no response or possibility of creating a support ticket.
not a great experience.
