thanks for your help Desdes , they updated the software today ,4 days and ya odd its not auto but glad it got done !!

i have the same issue. purchased and registered brand new mikro 3 with no sign of maschine 3 software or central library (komplete select showed up immediately). after AI no response or possibility of creating a support ticket.

not a great experience.
