Hello friends, I have a Traktor Pro 2 and a notebook with Windows 7, and I needed to format the notebook, reinstalled Traktor, and when I opened Native Access 1.14.1 to activate my account, it asked for an update, but when I clicked to update, the following message appeared: "No Compatible Update Found" and it gave me a download error. Could someone help me with this issue? I need to activate my product, but I don't know what to do. Thank you all!

    Your problem is that you are using very old software, Windows 7 and the old Native Access 1.

    1.14.1 is the last version of the legacy Native Access, that's why it can not be updated. I don't understand why it asks for update.

    So, what you really need is Native Access 2 and this also means that you have to update to Windows 10 or above. I'm afraid that I have no other solution for you, maybe one of the admins, @Jeremy_NI can help you further.
