Why does License transfer take so long?

Hi, everyone!

Well quite recently I sold my Maschine MK2 and on the day it was sold I requested a license transfer… In the email it was mentioned, that the transfer would take a maximum of 48hours which for the time being wasn’t the case… So I’m wondering, does it always take this long to do a simple license transfer?

I’m asking this just because the buyer is starting to get quite crossed at me for not giving him the transfer code, soo I really hope that the support staff can swoop in and maybe help me get the code a bit faster :)

I still apparently have a license for Maschine Mikro Mk2, even after successfully selling & transferring over the serial a whole year ago. I have a Maschine+, but my upgrade price to Maschine 3.0 said it was based on my (old & sold) Mikro Mk2 license. Let's hope Maschine 3.0 sold well enough for them to hire more people, cause methinks it's a staffing issue that's causing these sorts of difficulties & inefficiencies.
