Two quick questions about Maschine 3.0 update

Hi! Quick question — is it possible to keep Maschine 2.0 software on the same computer as Maschine 3.0?

And is there any hardware that’s not supported in 3.0? I use a MK3 with the Maschine Jam and Komplete A61

Nervous to jump into 3.0 after finally getting some footing in 2.0 and I don’t want to jeopardize the projects I’m in the middle of. @Kaiwan_NI any guidance?

yes you can have both versions installed

The mk1 and mk2 regular and mikro are not supported

When you use Maschine 3 on Maschine 2 projects make sure to use save-as with a new name, projects saved with V3 do not open with V2, only the other way around.

Other than that theres nothing to worry about from my experience.

Was 2.0/2.x.x discontinued? Were licenses to 2.0 not included with Maschine Mikro Mk3 purchased after a certain date? Do I need to do something special to get 2.0? It was purchased new and given to me as a gift (with gift receipt via Amazon). I registered the serial, but neither Maschine 2.0 nor 3.0 appear in Native Access…
