mashine software not available to download
Just purchased maschine mk3. installed Native Access. Successfully added serial. mashine software not available to download. tried reinstalling / refreshing multiple times. nothing. unable to use controller.

There has been more issues with Maschine serials lately , among those this one :

same issue. Super frustrating. Also cannot contact support. I go through the chatbot but then it just dead ends. Anyone know if there is direct email or a phone number?

Same problem here. Neither Maschine 3 nor the new Expansion that is supposed to be included appears. The Massive, Monark and Prism plugins for Maschine have been added to my account. The hardware is also registered.

I used the chat until I got to a step in which he tells me to contact a representative of the technical service.

Is there any solution to this? I just bought a Maschine Mikro, added serial number and nothing available in my account. Very frustrating when you just want to get started.

when you create a support ticket include a screenshot proof of purchase / invoice of order with expedit the issue
