It's saying i don't had 2.0. ive had maschine for years.
@Iyan @fkaNous There was an issue with the Maschine Plus serial not qualifying for the Maschine 3 update. This has now been fixed. Please refresh Native Access and it should be available for download now.
What's your operating system? Please check the system requirements:

Got the same problem. About to uninstall 3.0, 2.0 completely and reregister my hardware and see if it works. I'll let you know if I find a workaround.
In the meantime, this might help you.

Didn't help me. Haven't heard that it has helped anyone. My Maschine 3 still shows as "DEMO".
Same, I've tried to get it working all day to no avail.Must be on NI side so we wait…*sigh*
Actually… Is this MY fault?
I just went back to check the purchase screen to see what I saw when I went to buy it:
I definitely, in my excitement, chose the Update pricing, and it allowed me to go through with it.
But, why WOULDN'T I be eligible for the Update pricing? I own Komplete 14 CE with M+ and a Komplete Audio interface? ******?
What should I do, guys?
I have Mashine 2 and hardware just bought the update to version 3 and its not showing up in Native Access. What gives?
@fkaNous
The "You do not qualify for cheaper pricing" is a recurring issue with NI. I've had that same message several times over the years despite the fact that i always have the qualifying base product. And everytime I contact NI support about it they act like it's their first time hearing about it, yeah right.
I'm generally annoyed in life by oblivious behavior/responses, and it only gets more frustrating when it is a group of people or a business. Surely, if this happens, and has happened often and for some time, they'd be aware of it and either fix it, or speak honestly to why they're NOT able to fix it.
That's not it. I don't even know why that says that. If you didn't qualify for the update price, it wouldn't have gave it to you. For the record, I only bought the $29 Maschine 3.0 and I've got issues. It's a problem on their end. I got Komplete 14 CE also.
Everybody just needs to open a support ticket, and I'm sure it will be taken care of. Probably not tomorrow though IMO. All they need to do is see what we purchase and give us a code for the full license, regardless of what 'base product' we own which we obviously do own it.
Ther's nothing at all registered to your account, maybe you have another NI account with another email address?
Yes, mine is good now. Thanks!
@MastaHanksta Your profile says MacOS 12. Maschine 3 requires MacOS 13 as a minimum.
I'm good. Thanks, guys!
Now, I just have to figure out why none of my plugins are loading into my projects.
