Hi there. I will buy in january Traktor Z1 Mk2. But i think i will need Traktor X1 Mk3 too , for mixing totally different, at least this is what i understand from Native instruments. I didn t find any video or post about what i can do with both of them when mixing. And I hope somebody will answer me here. Thank you. Have a good day.

The x1 will be for "transport control" as in controlling two decks: Play, pause, hotcue, nudge. And to control 2 of the fx banks.

The z1 is the mixer part. Volume, EQ, gain etc. With some of the limited "mixer fx" as well.

The z1 also has the soundinterface, so you can connect headphones and speakers.
The x1 alone can do some of the mixer parts as well, but is not really good at it. At least I would not enjoy using the x1 has the mixer.

Or for the same price or less as the Z1 and X1 you could get an S3 - it depends on how you want to use Traktor, really.
