Kontakt Player 8: Download filed

Hello,

I'm trying to update Kontakt 8 (which is already installed and seems to one running fine) and install a newly purchased Organ library, but system keeping reporting "Download failed". I tried changing paths in Settings several times but nothing seems to help. I'm running Kontakt 8 in Vienna Ensemble Pro, all previously installed libraries are running just fine. It's just Native Access that seems to be failing.

    Hello roriol,

    Please make sure you are running Native Access 3.14.0 by either updating or downloading it from our website:

    Native Access 2

    If you are receiving the "Download Failed" error message, please perform the following steps: 

    1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
    2. Click iCloud on the right, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.

    If the issue persists or if you are using the Windows, please create a support ticket or open a chat support using this link below:
