Maschine plus update

Hello, my Maschine + is not installing the latest update. this message appear : "Update error, the update could not be applied, contact support for more information"

Anyone got the same issue ??

It's not possible to see, because i can't access the main screen on the Maschine plus hardware, it stays on that error message

I've tried, nothing works…. Maschine + is still stuck on that "error message" and NI support is not answering….
