After purchasing a used Maschine MK3 from a reputable music dealer in another state, they contacted me to inform me the seller did not leave a transfer code. I checked the NI website and all directions point to contacting their Support Team, but I cannot locate an email address or web form to send them a message. Help! I'd like to complete the purchase but only if I can get a transfer code and the needed software from Native Instruments. I sent an email to the general info@ email address at Native Instruments, but received a reply that directed me to the same page of their website with no link to communicate to support!!
Please help!
