Missing Content

Due to a disc malfunction I find myself reinstalling many libraries using Native Access.

I did this purposefully a few months back so it is regrettable to have to do it again so soon.

I wisely made copies of all the files downloaded by Native Access last time and put them on my NAS. I copied these files to the Native Access download folder and it completely ignores them and downloads from scratch. So, I figure I'll manually install some of the big ones and have Native Access just download the little ones.

Well, quell surprise! Native Access is missing a bunch of content(and I mean a LOT), specifically:

Am I missing something or is NI deleting content faster than they make it, and why should anyone buy anything from a company that doesn't support their products?

These are pretty much all expansions and cannot be “located” by Native Access.

No choice but to just download and wait it out.

I see that you have contacted support but you didn't explain what the issue was, please get back to my colleague with as much information you shared here.

When the support textbox allows enough room to report the issue I will. Until then I see no reason to purchase disappearing content.

Well. I tried to give you the answer.

No chance that NA can know where your expansions are after a disc realignment.

You will need to download them again.
