Software transfer request

hi

I have just sold my Maschine studio despite only buying it 4 weeks ago. How do i transfer the software as I need to do it quickly. The software transfer page is not giving me the option and saying that the software is non transferable despite it having been tranferred to me. Please help surely there is an email address or phone number.
