Is Native Access working?

in Native Access

Hi. I'm trying to open NI to register some new serials, but it's hanging on the 'Loading Products' screen. I'm on a Windows 11 laptop. It was working yesterday (24/10/24). Any ideas? Thanks everyone!

    Further update: I've restarted my laptop and that's solved it

    Additional info: I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling NI and that didn't work
