Hey Guys. I'm a Guitar player who is veeeery new to this world. I bought the complete 61 keyboard the Komplete 13 ultimate bundle and installed everything and had it working foe a couple months. it crapped out on me. I'm running a Mac mini with an M1 chip (but the content on a LaCie external drive) I think I correctly uninstalled everything to start over but just can't get it going.. wrong installation paths etc

any help would be great. thanks in advance

Update: The OP got everything to work after a complete uninstall and reinstall. The issue with missing icons is due to M1 compatibility.

@Spencey5150 What format is your external hard drive ? It should be formatted to APFS, as explained in this article: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers

Thanks Jeremy. I just checked it it was journaled.

trying to change to apfs now but I’m getting an error that it’s in use and won’t unmount. I have ti figure that out now. Thanks for answering me

If it's formatted to MacOs journaled, then it's fine, the problem is somewhere else. I see that you contacted our support, my colleague replied to you on May 30th, please get back to him. If you can't find the email, check your inbox, spam and filters.
