Cant add kits in maschine 2

Everytime i try to add kit program says i need to activate via native access. But i added all serial numbers already, reinstall factory selection several times but still cant use kits. Does anyone had this problem? Would glad to see any solutions, thank you.

try to go to library/applicationsupport and delete maschine folder than re-open maschine, let it build the database again and try again.
