Kontakt player 8 sound issues

Hi,
Getting close to the production deadline, I have run into a significant problem.
I'm in PT and use a Kontrol S61 and a MacMini M2.

Everything was working fine until I suddenly could not get Kontakt Player 8 to work.
I can play Spectrasonics and Spitfire sounds with no problems.
I can load and see the sounds on the keyboard and in the app, preview and hear the sound on the keyboard but not on the keyboard in the app, and record midi notes into PT, but no sound appears.!

Where do I look for the problem?

Hello torben_westergaard, this issue sound like a Kontakt issue so I changed the form of the post.

It could be related to MIDI input. To make sure it’s a MIDI issue, can you please check if you are getting a sound when you play the keys on the onscreen Kontakt keyboard?

Also, what MIDI channel is your keyboard/controller is set to? Most Kontakt and Reaktor instruments will respond to MIDI channel 1.

Hi Mert,
Thank you for getting back to me.

I have changed the MIDI settings in the Kontakt app. Yes, it was set to Off. Now, it is set to Port A.

I cannot hear any sound on the Kontakt Player keyboard. I can record MIDI into Pro Tools, but there is no sound.

What is next? :)
