Maschine+ Not Detected in Native Access

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble getting my Maschine+ to show up in Native Access, even though my serial number is activated. I’ve tried the following steps:

1. Checked the USB connection
2. Updated Native Access to the latest version
3. Restarted both my Maschine+ and my computer
4. Verified permissions for Native Access

Despite these attempts, it still doesn’t detect my Maschine+. If anyone has experienced this issue or has any suggestions on how to resolve it, I would really appreciate your help!

Native Access doesn't any detect HW…

What are you trying to do? Install Maschine? Just search for "Maschine" and install… It's the same software for all controllers, just "Maschine 2"

Maschine Plus will not show in Native Access, it's a hardware device. Do you have any particular issue with your device or the Maschine desktop software?
