I have the problem that the chatbot is no longer responding. Yesterday I had an issue and received very kind support right away. It was about downloading the latest versions of KONTAKT 6-compatible libraries (the links in the sticky for this topic/problem are not really up to date for every library). The human support agent was able to help me, but unfortunately, I'm still missing one link that I wanted to ask for. However, the case is closed, and the chatbot isn't responding at all anymore. What can I do?
