Issues with Plugin Installation via Native Access
I am experiencing issues with installing my plugins through Native Access. I recently purchased a new computer, a MacBook Pro M3 Pro. On my previous computer (Windows), I had Komplete 11 Ultimate installed, along with Komplete Kontrol for my S-Series keyboard.
Now, I am attempting to install Native Instruments on my MacBook, but almost every plugin installation fails. I have already followed all the instructions listed on your website under: Native Access Error Message: Installation Failed (Mac), but this did not resolve the issue.
At this point, I am starting to feel a bit frustrated because, as Komplete 11 Ultimate can be installed via an external hard drive, I don't understand why it’s not working now. I would greatly appreciate it if this problem could be resolved as soon as possible so that I can get back to making music. I also received a message about 'NIHardwareAgent' stating that the app has been modified or is corrupted. I couldn't find any information on how to resolve this issue or where to download it.

Saying Mac is simply not enough , we also need to know exactly which version of OS that you are using , but I will go with the macOS Sonoma 14.4 mentioned on your profile together with the M3 Pro Apple silicon described.
I also received a message about 'NIHardwareAgent' stating that the app has been modified or is corrupted. I couldn't find any information on how to resolve this issue or where to download it.
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
What is your exact keyboard version ?
Either the hardware agent is installed by the Komplete Kontrol app or it is installed by a download Native Access. If your Hardware agent says corrupted then I think that you might need to uninstall / remove and then hardware agent and Komplete Kontrol and then reinstall but please follow troubleshooting steps in articles :
My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start
My Native Instruments Hardware Device is Not Recognized
Kontrol S-Series MK3: Troubleshooting Firmware Update Issues
Also then I think that Komplete 11 is not compatible with Mac OS Sonoma .
