Cloud Supply keeps asking for missing samples.

Hello all, I updated several Kontakt programs because I had noise on some Cloud Supply instruments in the new Studio One 7. Later I find out that doing this causes incompatibility with Kontakt 6 so I reinstalled the legacy versions.

Cloud Supply keeps asking for samples when opening projects however. It was working after one reinstall, but after uninstalling the Cloud Supply program again to attempt to fix the noise issue and re-installing, it now asks for samples every time. If I search for the samples it never finds them. I have tried batch resave but it hasn't worked. Clicking ignore will cause the program to load and it works, but I am tired of the error message. Also, sometimes it still crashes..please help.

So, did you notice if it is also looking for the resource file? Probably the easiest thing is to completely remove it and reinstall it.
Find samples by folder and the resource file by file. Then immediately save your instrument.

Please use the uninstall function in Native Access to uninstall the library completely. Delete any duplicate of the library and reinstall from the installer provided. Does that fix the issue?

What fixed the sampled issue for me was I ended up uninstalling my entire native instruments "package". Out of the blue i was having issues with CloudSupply samples. I tried everything else before I decided to do that but nothing seemed to work. The sample error was fix after a fresh install of everything but now when trying to use CloudSupply through Komplete kontrol cant find the instrument.

Image of what i see. When trying to locate and use the instrument file location…nothing happens. Why all of a sudden this stuff breaks i have no idea. Endless world of updates that are needed. $$$$$$$$$$$$

Yes this is the last time I update any software. A few of my song files are messed up, hope I can recover if an artist needs stem files.

Is there a way to stop native access 2 from updating? I uninstalled it and reinstalled to see if it would fix the issues I am having. The old version correctly listed that I need to update various Kontakt programs (7 altogether) Before I could even use it it updated to version 3.14 and this version incorrectly says I need to update only 2 versions. @Jeremy_NI

No, there is no way to stop Native Access from updating. Please continue the troubleshooting with my colleagues.
