Why is Komplete 15 Collector's Edition so incomplete?

I've just handed over £449 to find there is loads of content that isn't even included! The name Komplete couldn't be further from the truth! What a con!

Komplete 8 is very sluggish on my i7 based pc!

If you'd paid £449 then you've upgraded from 14, so you should be aware of what's included and what's not. 14 also did not include every single NI product. The product description for 15 CE states "get almost everything".
