We bought a komplete controller s49 mkii used and did not get a transfer ID and it's impossible to get live help. I was hoping to get this done over the phone with someone to walk me through the process as I have some disabilities and limitations due to chronic illness
But unfortunately I've not had any luck finding a way to contact someone
Is there any way to reach out or to request support contact that actually works?
My partner (way more tech savvy) has tried emailing and creating support ticket and has gotten nothing.
