    Sorry for my ignorance with respect to the Komplete Elements software.

    Recently a user reported having had assistance to activate a Komplete 7 bundle on Windows XP off-line so I guess that sometimes support can assist also with rather old software. I couldn't possibly say if support can also help you with the activation of the Komplete Elements , provided that you have a serial or have had an account with the serial that support can help you with then contact either N.I. Native Access and Installation Support or N.I. Account Support and ask for their help to activate.

    I can not guarantee that support can/will help but they are the only ones that possibly can.

    Yes , please give adequate and accurate information with respect to the problem.

    komplete elements ? As far as I know then not an existing product , perhaps your are referring to Ozone Elements , Komplete Select or something else ?

    Also what is your computer type ? , what is your exact OS version ? What is exact product name and where did you acquire it ? From where did you get the serial and where do you try to enter it ? If using Native Access then what is the N.A. version number ?

    The program is called komplete elements purchased in 2011 and is no longer supported by NA. I have the original installation package. After installing you must contact na via an web address supplied by na and there is no response. I must assume they have shut down that address. I am running windows 11 on one of those hand held commuters. 12gigs memory and 4tb ssd. The processor is Intel(R) N97 2.00 GHz.
