Unable to Register Komplete Kontrol A25

I've been stuck trying to register my new keyboard. I've tried reinstalling Native Access, but each time I submit the serial (serial covered for obvious reasons), I get the following error:

I'm on an intel Mac, and I've allowed Native Access to run in the background, but I'm out of ideas. I wasn't able to see anything in the guide that had this kind of error. Anyone else run into this issue?
