NA update
I've still got NA 3.10.3. I have not opened it for quite a while, actually since I downloaded everything for Komplete EC 14 in the summer which went without any problems. If I open it now to which version will NA then be updated? And is it safe to do so, with the stories of bugs I have heard I am reluctant. I don't really need anything but want to check if there are any updates to the libraries that I should install.

Hello songman, either the Native Access should open as 3.10.3 then auto-update itself to 3.14.0, or directly auto-update itself and get opened as 3.14.0 in your computer. Even though every update can create some issues, it is happening in some customers's systems and not happening for many of the systems, so you will not need to worry about getting some issues after the auto-update.
Also, it is always highly advised to update your Native Access regularly to be able to use the latest features and products, so please open and update your Native Access and everything should work smoothly.
If there will be any issues, please let us know so we can help you further to solve that.
I hope this helps☺️

Hello songman, happy to hear that everything is working smoothly.
Even though they are not in the compatibility lists for your operating system, I would kindly suggest to install them if they are visible in your Native Access, and try to make use of them in any case. However, if it is not compatible and if these don't work unfortunately it will not be possible to help you further in this case and they can only be used in a compatible system which I can only kindly suggest to use them in a compatible system in that case.
I hope this helps☺️

Hello Mert_NI,
Thanks for your advice. I followed it and all went well. It all went a little slow I find, but anyway no problems. I see in my library some items (Ozone 10 standard, Guitar rig 6, ..) that I have not installed. They are apparently not supported but would they nevertheless work on my system?

Thanks for any info.
