Hi Mert!

I was told in an email that my konatkt 8 would be registered automatically so I just downloaded and installed and expected there to be nothing else to do.

as far as I’m aware it’s all fully installed.

I have tried to put the serial key in manually anyway and was greeted with this error code? i checked to see if my kontakt 7 was registered just incase that was the issue but 7 is indeed registered.

Came down to my OS not being supported, whats funny is that i updated my OS to update my Native Access. don't suppose anyone knows what compatibility will be reached? I'm not risking downgrading OS 😰

If you updated to Sequoia just for Native Access - that was not necessary as Native Access is not supported either under that OS.

it’s not officially supported but I stupidly accidentally upgraded to it somehow (thought I was doing a normal security upgrade) and upgraded to Kontakt 8 pro, which works fine and Conflux installed and works fine.

I was a few updates behind on my OS so It automatically jumped to sequoia when native access prompted me to update my OS and at the time did not know that it was not supported.
