Can someone assist me with M32
Unfortunately, I am not getting sound on my m32. In maschine 2 it is recognized, but when I use the keys I get nothing. This seems to be a common theme from the research I've gathered. As well, there seems to be no way to get support directly with NI. Can someone please assist. This is not a good introduction to the NI and it has made me cautious with getting other products.

You won't get sound "on" the M32. It doesn't have an audio output.
Any lack of audio will be down to your computer, software and audio interface configuration - none of which you've provided details about.

I am currently running it via windows laptop and simply using maschine 2. I also have fl studio. Recently I have been using maschine mk3 with maschine 2 as well. simply plugging into computer.

Check Midi settings in the program (e.g. Komplete Kontrol stand-alone software) to see if it is set to be receiving Midi from the keyboard. (checkbox next to controller must be ticked)
To see if the keyboard is correctly setup with your Windows then try checking if Windows receive Midi : Howto Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller
If you get Midi activity and if the program is setup correctly and receives Midi then you might check the audio settings in the programs that you use.
If necessary then check the check list here : My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start

Can you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application? Can you browse, load, play a preset? Can you post a screenshot of your MIDI input preferences in Komplete Kontrol? In Maschine?
