Do Kontakt and Pro Tools both have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Have you tried to open Kontakt 8 in standalone? Is everything showing/working as expected?

If products are missing there as well, try to reset the database of Kontakt:

    1. Click the Windows start button at the bottom left of your screen.
    2. Type "%localappdata%" and click the option that appears.
    3. Navigate to the Native Instruments folder.
    4. Then, depending on the Kontakt version you are using, delete the following folder:
      Kontakt 5: "Kontakt 5"
      Kontakt 6: "Kontakt"
      Kontakt 7: "Kontakt 7"
      Kontakt 8: "Kontakt 8"
    5. Start Kontakt in standalone mode (not in your DAW).

Thank you but it still didn't work. Should I try "uninstall" Kontakt 7 and 8? What about the libraries?

    Thanks for the help

Reinstalling won't help unfortunately. What about in Kontakt in standalone?

same in standalone. Think I’ll just uninstall/delete everything Kontakt and start from scratch to see what happens.

Reinstalling might not fix it. How do the products show in Native Access? Installed? Do the products show in Kontakt 7?

Can you also check if the libraries do not show in Kontakt 8 in the Classic view? You'll need to click on Kontakt there first.

Many of my libraries do not show up in Kontakt 8 (Default view). When I switch to 'Classic' view, they seem to be there. I have not verified every Library. however, it looks like they are all there in "Classic View". This seems to be the case in both 'stand-alone' and as a plugin in Logic Pro 11.

    Can you try the following?

    1. Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
    2. Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments > Kontakt 8
    3. Rename or delete the komplete.db3 file.

    Open Kontakt 8 in standalone.

Just saw this post today! Thanks Jeremy! I am following your suggestion as I write this. Seems like this has fixed my problem! I have a lot of plugins and Stand-alone is still examining them, but, many more (if not all) are showing up. Yay! Thank you so much…wish I would have seen this earlier…
