Anyone having trouble with Kontrol s61 serial number?

I received my new Kontrol s61 from Sweetwater yesterday and the serial number won't authorized. Sweetwater tech verified the serial number and said it was an NI issue. NI has been unresponsive thus far.

Annoying as it is that things did not work right out of the box then these things happens from time to time but do not worry N.I. will fix it for you. @Jeremy_NI , could you please make sure that this get looked into ASAP ? (Jeremy_NI will not be around before Monday or later)
